How We Work

With any prospective client, our first goal will be to find out more about your business and what aspirations you have for a new or improved website. Wherever practical we like to arrange a face to face meeting to learn about your business and website priorities and then discuss website options with you. If we are both interested in taking things further, we will then prepare a quotation for your website development project. Depending on the nature of the project, our quotation will usually be accompanied by a “mock-up” of the proposed new home page for your website, to help you decide whether our proposal meets your aspirations.

If you choose to proceed, we will generally ask for a 50% initial deposit payment, with the balance payable upon project completion.

Once your new website is up and running, we offer a range of follow-up support options, from “fully hands-on” to “fully hands-off”. If you would like to take on future website maintenance yourself, we will provide one-off training to get you quickly up to speed. Or if you are allergic to IT, we can provide a¬†fully-managed ongoing website maintenance, updating and hosting service for you. We will explain the range of options and costs during our initial meeting, to give you full visibility of all the upfront and ongoing costs of operating your website.
